Easy Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges accepted within 10 days of delivery

What We Accept

Size exchanges

Color/style exchanges (subject to availability)

Full refunds for eligible returns

What We Can't Accept

Items without original tags or packaging

Worn, washed, or altered garments

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Innerwear and intimate apparel

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email us at harsh@artisanmate.com within the eligible timeframe

Step 2: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange

Step 3: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Amount will be credited to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)

Exchanges

For exchanges, we'll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If there's a price difference, we'll contact you to arrange payment or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize. Email us immediately at harsh@artisanmate.com with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
