• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — we may cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues
• In case of order cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control

• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, Wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available)
• All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateways
• We do not store any card or banking credentials on our servers
• For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery
• Failed or incomplete payments will result in automatic order cancellation after 24 hours
• In case of any payment disputes, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction

All content on this website — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, text, videos and design — is the exclusive property of Artisan Mate Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

• Our brand name "Artisan Mate" and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artisan Mate Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products
• Loss of data, revenue or profits resulting from website downtime or technical errors
• Damage caused by third-party courier services after goods are handed over for delivery
• Any inaccuracies in product descriptions that do not materially affect the product's function or purpose
• Issues arising from user negligence such as providing incorrect delivery addresses

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• One person may not create multiple accounts to misuse offers or discounts
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra
• We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before pursuing legal remedies
• Disputes not resolved amicably may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
• These Terms are compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and IT Act 2000 of India

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date.
