Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak sale periods, processing may take up to 3 days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day
  • Processing does not include Sundays & public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched

Failed & Undelivered Orders

  • If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse
  • We will contact you to reschedule delivery — re-shipping charges may apply
  • If the package is returned and you wish for a refund, it will be processed after we receive the item

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will make it right immediately.

  • If your package arrives damaged, do not accept it — refuse delivery and notify us immediately
  • If already accepted, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • Lost-in-transit claims must be raised within 10 days of expected delivery
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
