Policy Overview

At Artisan Mate, customer satisfaction is everything. We offer a simple, hassle-free return and refund process for eligible items. Please read the policy carefully before raising a request.

  • Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Replacement requests accepted within 7 days
  • Refunds are credited within 5 business days of approval
  • All items must be unused, unworn & in original packaging with tags intact
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item is defective or has manufacturing fault
  • Item is missing from the package
  • Significantly different from product description

  • Item has been worn or used
  • Tags / packaging removed
  • Return requested after 7 days
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased during final sale
  • Damage due to mishandling by customer

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow the steps below and our support team will guide you through the entire process.

  1. Email us at harsh@artisanmate.com or WhatsApp on +91 9987875098 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the item
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 working hours
  4. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact
  5. Ship it to our address — we'll share the return address via email
  6. After we receive & inspect the item, refund or replacement will be processed

Replacement Policy

We offer direct replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. Replacements are dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability of the same product
  • If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead
  • Replacement shipping is free of charge for defective/wrong items
  • For size or preference-based replacements, return shipping charges may apply

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at harsh@artisanmate.com
  • Cancelled order refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method
