Cancellation Overview

At Artisan Mate, we understand that sometimes plans change. We offer a simple cancellation process for orders that have not yet been dispatched. Please review the eligibility rules below before reaching out.

⏱ Important: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order is packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please act quickly if you wish to cancel.

Cancellation eligibility depends on where your order is in the fulfilment process:

How to Cancel Your Order

Cancelling your order is quick and easy. Just follow these steps and our support team will take care of the rest.

  1. Email us at harsh@artisanmate.com or WhatsApp on +91 9987875098
  2. Mention your Order ID and the reason for cancellation clearly
  3. Our team will verify your order status within 24 working hours
  4. If eligible, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund immediately
  5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once processed
  6. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped
  • Orders with customised, personalised or made-to-order products
  • Orders placed using special sale or flash discount codes (unless defective)
  • Orders where the 12-hour cancellation window has already passed
  • Gift card or store credit purchases once activated
💡 Tip: If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer want it, simply refuse the delivery at your door. The package will be returned to us and your refund will be processed after inspection — per our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Artisan Mate

In certain situations, we may need to cancel your order. If this happens, you will receive an email notification immediately and a full refund with no deductions.

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued after order placement
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction or violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address that cannot be verified
  • Multiple orders from the same address suspected of coupon/offer misuse
  • Restrictions due to delivery limitations in certain pin codes or remote areas
